Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all protective foam, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a tracked and insured carrier to our designated service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and optical integrity, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
